1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) We proudly offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at checkout.
7. Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or call and we will resolve it promptly.
