Pakistan Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle personal information for customers ordering from anywhere in Pakistan.
Information we collect
Your name, mobile number, delivery address, city and province — needed to deliver and confirm Cash on Delivery orders.
Your email address, only if you give it, for order updates.
Payment references for bank transfers. We never ask for or store card PINs or OTPs.
Order confirmation calls and WhatsApp
We may call or WhatsApp your number to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Sharing with couriers
Your name, phone, address and COD amount are shared only with our courier partner so the parcel can reach you. We never sell your data.
Pakistani law
We handle data in line with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA) and applicable Pakistani regulations, and keep order records only as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time through our contact page.
