Return & Refund Policy

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Custom-sized and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Call or WhatsApp us at our support line with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We arrange a courier pickup from your address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days via bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost, including return shipping.
